Stan Lee, 95, was recently rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles, following shortness of breath and irregular heartbeat.

The comic-book legend has been facing a few complications with the passing of years. In recent years, Lee had to cancel a few appearances due to his deteriorating health. Back in 2012, he had to call off his appearance in Ohio, and revealed that he had a pacemaker implanted. He was also rushed to a hospital back in 2015, the day before he made his appearance at the red-carpet premier of Ant-Man. In 2017, he had to cancel two conventions at Big Apple Con and Salt Lake City Comic Con.

Though Stan Lee has been restricting himself from attending mega events, the 95 year old has still achieved some remarkable feats at his ripe age. He hasn’t yet let his old age to put a full stop on his busy schedule. Back in 2016, Lee revealed that he had to shoot 4 cameos for the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a single day.

With a recent update, it has been revealed that Stan Lee would be staying at the hospital for a few days for some check-ups as a safety precaution.
