After recently dropping a new poster of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Lucasfilm has just dropped a brand-new trailer as well. The Rogue One trailer offers the best look at the kind of content we can expect from Rogue One. The Rogue One new trailer gives us a shot of the most sinister villain of Star Wars franchise “Darth Vader”, now weather it is a flashback or in present time, is still unclear. We also see Jyn Erso as she assembles the motley crew for the job, she appears to be having a surprisingly hopeful attitude in the movie.
Rogue One is first of the Star Wars spinoffs that have been planned by Disney. The premises goes as
After the formation of the Galactic Empire, the Rebel Alliance recruits Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) to work with Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) and a team to steal the Death Star plans. In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.
“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” is directed by Gareth Edwards and stars Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Riz Ahmed, with Jiang Wen and Forest Whitaker. The film is produced by Lucasfilm and will be distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. Principal photography began at Elstree Studios, near London during early August 2015.
